In a profession drawing its members from many backgrounds, Bryan stands out, first and foremost, as a businessman. A third generation Santa Barbara native, he was CEO of a thriving California Central Coast company and a principal owner of another. His business experience spanning over two decades gives him an edge in today's real estate market with its frequent emphasis on financing, negotiation and complex contracts.

Bryan brings a wealth of significant real estate and construction expertise to the table as well. He handled numerous property transactions during his business career, including managing over 100 thousand square feet of commercial space and dealing with multiple corporate tenants. His extensive construction knowledge has been gained working with outstanding contractors coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the building process – from basic remodeling, to major renovation and reconstruction projects.

Today, Bryan is a Coldwell Top 10 Agent in transactions and sales volume and also part of the International President's Circle (Top 4% of all agents internationally). He attributes his success not only to his business acumen, but also to his focus on the client, drama-free transactions and respect from other real estate professionals. "One major advantage in this business," he emphasizes, "Is having a good relationship with other agents." His colleagues say Bryan is hard working, has a high level of professionalism, is a team player and continuously earns their admiration.

"Real estate is something I've been interested in since I was a teen," Bryan says, "I would drive my father, a blind piano tuner, around to all the beautiful homes in Montecito, Santa Barbara and Hope Ranch. I loved the varied architecture, types of living space and so on. And I love people. Bringing the two together was a natural outcome."

Deeply committed to Santa Barbara, Bryan is also a devoted husband and father. His wife of nearly thirty years works in commercial real estate, while their two sons – a recent college graduate and digital media professional, and a Division 1 college baseball pitcher likely headed to the pros –– are successful in their own right.

Bryan's personal philosophy is manifest in his devotion to many non-profit organizations related to the heart, spirit, consciousness and being a better person overall. His mantra is "Changing the world, one person at a time." Active and athletic, he enjoys yoga, running, skiing, hiking, sailing and other water sports.
